This accommodation is in a great location, just a short walk from the nearest metro station. You'll find a charming cafe called The Kitchen nearby, perfect for a quick snack or coffee. The hotel is also very close to the wall on one side, providing a unique atmosphere. Plus, it is conveniently located near all the must-see attractions in the city.
The staff at reception lacked friendliness and provided poor service when dealing with requests, which could be disappointing for guests.

We had a great stay at Residence Inn. The location was perfect for exploring Bermondsey Street and the surrounding area. The room was spacious and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities. The staff were friendly and accommodating, great to check in early and store our luggage after check-out. The high quality sofa bed was a pleasant surprise. The bathroom was modern and spacious, with complimentary shampoo and conditioner. The breakfast offered a good selection, including options for dairy-free and vegan guests. we had a pleasant experience at Residence Inn and would recommend it for a comfortable and convenient stay in London.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, with plenty of great restaurants nearby. The service was excellent, from the room service to the dry cleaning and housekeeping. I also appreciated the complimentary grocery shopping service and laundry. The room was spacious and had everything I needed, including an iron, heating, and air conditioning. The sitting area and dining table were comfortable, and the tea and coffee-making facilities were convenient. Additionally, the staff were very friendly and always willing to help, even at checkout when they offered to store my bags.
I would definitely recommend this hotel to my friends.

The hotel was clean and had excellent facilities. It was conveniently located near the underground station and within walking distance to popular tourist spots like Tower Bridge and the Thames. The breakfast provided was delicious and the staff were friendly and helpful.

Loved the modern and clean rooms, with quirky details in the decor. The kitchen area was fully equipped, perfect for a longer stay. The location was key, just a few minutes walk from the tube station and close to plenty of places to eat and drink on the nearby streets.
The bar was not well stocked and lacked variety. It was a shame because with so many great places to drink in the area, it would have been nice to have a better selection.
