The staff at reception lacked friendliness and provided poor service when dealing with requests, which could be disappointing for guests.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, with plenty of great restaurants nearby. The service was excellent, from the room service to the dry cleaning and housekeeping. I also appreciated the complimentary grocery shopping service and laundry. The room was spacious and had everything I needed, including an iron, heating, and air conditioning. The sitting area and dining table were comfortable, and the tea and coffee-making facilities were convenient. Additionally, the staff were very friendly and always willing to help, even at checkout when they offered to store my bags.

Loved the modern and clean rooms, with quirky details in the decor. The kitchen area was fully equipped, perfect for a longer stay. The location was key, just a few minutes walk from the tube station and close to plenty of places to eat and drink on the nearby streets.

The bar was not well stocked and lacked variety. It was a shame because with so many great places to drink in the area, it would have been nice to have a better selection.
